Return & Exchange Policy

At NuveaDerm, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Promotional or free gift items


3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. To process an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. We will send a return shipping label (if needed) and ship your replacement once the return is received.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of your items.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
